Terms of Service

StageRun is a display-control tool for timers, agendas, announcements, and related content. Most functionality requires no account. By using StageRun, you agree to use it lawfully and not to abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Creating an account (via Google Sign-In) is optional. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

StageRun offers a Free plan — full use on one device, offline, with no account — and a paid Pro plan that adds pairing a second screen (over your own Wi-Fi or the internet), the full prompter speed range, and unlimited saved shows.

Pro includes a 14-day free trial, starting the moment you sign in with Google. No card is needed for the trial. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Pro is purchased on this website only — the Android app never sells or advertises anything in-app.

Pro comes in three shapes:

• Monthly — $9.99, renews automatically every month
• Yearly — $79, renews automatically every year
• 3-year pass — $199 one-time payment, never renews

The seller is Asquarete (legal entity: ASquare Technologies) — this is the name you may see on your card statement. Payments are processed by Razorpay; StageRun never sees or stores your card details.

Monthly and yearly Pro renew automatically through Razorpay until you cancel. Razorpay emails you a reminder at least 24 hours before every renewal charge. The 3-year pass is a one-time payment and never renews.

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Access is never cut off mid-period. If a renewal payment keeps failing, the subscription simply stops renewing; you still keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

You're responsible for any content you input (timer names, scripts, agendas, announcements). Don't use StageRun to display unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

StageRun is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update these terms as the product evolves (e.g. once billing goes live). Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
